FAQ

Where does this data come from?
All text comes from official FDA-approved drug labels (DailyMed), translated to Persian. NDC and RxCUI codes come from the same source.
Does it replace a doctor?
No. It is an informational reference. Any decision about taking, stopping or changing medication belongs to a physician or pharmacist.
Why are some sections still English?
Untranslated sections show the original English text and are flagged so you are never misled.
How are interactions computed?
Each drug name is searched inside the "Drug Interactions" section of the other label, and severity is graded from clinical phrases.

Check drug interactions before you take them

Scan official FDA label text to see drug–drug and drug–condition interactions in seconds.
